Let's Build a Weight Loss Plan (60min)
Great for beginners who are looking to get started on their "kurus" weight loss journeys. During this 60min session, I will be working with you step-by-step to help you build and plan out a realistic weight loss plan.
Let's Build a Diet Plan (60min)
Not sure what to eat. How much to eat and bamboozled with all the different diet plans? This 60min session is dedicated to helping you build a meal plan that suits your "kurus" weight loss or fitness goals.
Home Workout (60min)
An introductory and guide session to help you how to prepare, plan and execute a quality home workout. This is not your typical follow what I do a session but is meant to help YOU understand what YOU need to do based on your own unique goals and needs. But yes, we will work out.
General Consultation (60min)
An open session to discuss your needs, questions, and health, wellness, and fitness goals together with me. We can also discuss other issues such as your work-life balance, stress, mental health, and other topics to help you get back on track.
