I am very happy and grateful to get the chance in joining BSK2. I have learnt so many things about being healthy; mentally, physically and emotionally. The best part is the "Suka Hati Aku". Alhamdulillah I managed to loss weight plus inch loss dalam Program ni. Thank you Kevin Zahri and team for this Superb BSK 2 Program. Thank you so much to my Coach-Coach Aizat and all the Coaches; almost every day I followed your zoom live workouts. Before I joined this program...confident level sangat low dan sentiasa avoid to be in public. I on medication for major depression and berbagai jenis penyakit. I pernah dipanggil dgn gelaran PJK(Perut Jalan Kedepan), ada owner kedai pakaian beritahu I “Sorry...This shop tak ada pakaian yang sesuai dgn saiz you”. One day I on the way to Klinik Kesihatan for my regular check-up dan ada kenalan yang kata “you nak gugurkan kandungan you ke?” I went thru so many paintful journeys and Fat Shaming... Many times I tried to lost weight and bought many products but “Failed”. Finally its works dalam Program BSK2 ni. My blood test results pun sangat baik, my Cholesterol level turun ke 3.9 and my Cortisol Hormon increase to 210 counts(I’m having very low Cortisol Hormon count and on medication). Alhamdulillah ubat2 pun dosesnya dah diturunkan. Overall this Program changes my life completely! Syukur pada Allah...Semua yang terlibat dlm Program ni play very big roles!!! I came into this program with low expectation, dengan harapan to fill up the boredom of MCO and gain some new knowledge about fitness and health. My weight has also been plateau for 1 year and i thought maybe i could give this a try, mana tahu boleh kurus. Tahu-tahu 1st class, Coach KZ cakap INI.BUKAN.SOAL.KURUS ! Coz the important thing is to be healthy, make good choices, so that we could sustain this healthy lifestyle even after this 8 weeks workout. EMPOWERMENT: For the first time in a weight loss program, the coach cakap boleh makan McDonald's! BUT kena tahu jaga calorie budget. This concept is really new and suitable for me. As a breastfeeding(bf) mom, i have been eating like crazy coz i'm always hungry after a bf session. Coach tak set menu yang we should eat, so i don't feel stressed to eat something i dont like. We are exposed to Masterclasses yang ajar how to choose the right food/nutrient for our body and for our needs. 1. KUANTITI over KUALITI (makan kerap, tapi sikit) 2. Baru fikir KUALITI (more fibres, protein, less sugar n salt) My most favourite topic is MINDFUL EATING. Now I feel more empowered with my food choices and change my mindset on eating. VIRTUAL CLASSES: I admit i was abit sceptical if i'll ever be able to follow the classes etc. Am a Mompreneur + Stay-At-Home-Mom (SAHM) and toddler is stuck with me 24/7! so really difficult for me to find some me time. But the approach taken in this program is really suitable for busy people - kalau tak sempat join the daily Zoom workout, i can access the recording in the eLearning platform on my OWN SCHEDULE (suka hati aku kan ). The team support group in Whatsapp is also helpful to give me that push, as my team is very supportive and motivating. Walaupun kita tak dapat berjumpa, tapi we really felt like a family. PEMBAKAR SEMANGAT: My Coach, Dr Lina is also very dedicated to give her all to the team, organize additional classes outside BSK yg best2. She is laid back and doesn't force us to do anything we are not comfortable with. Have been following her physical classes before BSK and she always gives off positive vibes, always smiling while showing how BollyX can be intense! Walaupun im not a real fan of Bollywood, but semua lagu memang layannn. I love the songs especially the kickboxing song in BollyX. Kudos to all coaches - Coach KZ, Gaya & Andy for organizing this program. Really hope to meet you all one day after Covid19 pandemic subsides. InsyaAllah ❤
Hi All, Hari ni hari terakhir BSK 2 dan sy rasa sedih sebab akan miss online workout setiap pukul 6ptg dan 9pg on weekend. Bagi sy online workout ni sgt membantu sy dalam mengaktifkan diri setiap hari dan video2 dr Kevin yg sgt memberi motivasi kepada sy.Setiap kali sy tak ada semangat nak exercise sy kn tgk video2 Kevin utk dpt balik semangat sy utk kurus. Bagus sgt content2 Kevin sgt inspirasi! Selepas bermacam workout yg sy ikut dr online ni akhirnya sy tau apa workout yg sy suka. Sy suka tabata dan workout with dumbell! dia buat sy seronok utk exercise.Tq all coches! u make my day. This BSK mmg betul2 ubah my lifestyle. #BSK telah banyak membantu saya membina keyakinan diri sendiri terutamanya dalam proses menurunkan berat badan tanpa rasa terbeban dan sentiasa berfikiran positif. Dalam BSK juga saya mempelajari banyak tips dan teknik senaman berkualiti, bersenam mengikut minat dan kemampuan tanpa paksaan dan tidak terikat dengan peraturan dan jadual yang disediakan. BSK telah menyedarkan saya tentang banyak perkara, antaranya ialah jika hendak berdiet biarlah dengan ilmu yang betul. Hasilnya saya telah berjaya menurunkan berat badan sebanyak 7 KG dengan cara santai tapi sangat happy, enjoy dan less stress. #Program BSK2 pencetus fenomena yang luar biasa, mengujakan dan menggembirakan serta telah menyatukan semua bangsa dari seluruh negara dalam satu platform yang sama dengan satu tujuan iaitu ingin hidup lebih sihat dan cergas berbekalkan ilmu pengetahuan yang betul, senaman yang berkualiti, santai tapi bermotivasi dan memberi kesan yang sangat positif. Dengan bantuan Coach Sya yang yang caring , supportive, sentiasa positive dan trainer yang baik menjadikan group tidak sunyi dan saling membantu dan menggalakkan sesama sendiri. Other coaches juga sangat memberi motivasi dan memberi dorongan tanpa jemu dengan kepelbagaian senaman yang diajar, enjoy sangat dan tak lokek dengan tips pemakanan & kesihatan yang bermanfaat. Hye BSK2.0! We have classes everydaaaaay and it could either be 1 lesson or 2 lessons in a day. i love how generous BSK2.0 is for their commitment offering these classes as the tenure is 8 weeks including Sat & Sun. There are even additional classes offered by the coaches (which i believe as part of promoting their label as well).. So my overall experience? i have both LOVE and HATE feeling throughout the entire journey.... hehehe.... suspense kan? LOVE : i built my momentum, body was getting used to schedule, type of workouts and i could feel i am getting stronger.. greatest achievement was definitely the 21km which i have never done before! various classes offered ranging from HIIT, MMA, Silat, Zumba, basic physio, motivational talks with national athletes, talks with fitness guru, talks with BSK Coaches themselves (Coach KZ, coach Gaya, Coach Andy), yoga, and the list goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnn.... We even have homeworks yeaaaaa..... logon to your e-learning module and you'll have homeworks to do... so everything is like walking into a 5-star hotel buffet.. choices... you have so many options... HATE : now, here's the demon itself... What happens when you have too many options? You tend to chew more than you can bite... THIS ONE, IS ON ME... i got so excited of joining ALL classes, i did the e-learning workout and then boom! i felt too tired and soreness... i took few days off and started to feel guilty... "alamaaaak, tak senam.... gemuk balik.... tak guna dah..." Reason being? i did not listen carefully to what Coach Andy said in his talk; you must allow yourself to rest 1 or 2 days... So what i did? i listen back to few recording sessions... haaaaa, e-learning allows you to re-watch past classes & lessons.... so when you're feeling (like me), dengar balik nasihat-nasihat pakar.... slowly i train my mind that "it is okaaaaaay to rest.... tapi jangan rest sampai hilang momentum and stop..." Conclusion? Fitness is a journey... and in such program like BSK, you need to LISTEN to the advices... apart from the great workouts and talks, i began to realize the importance of TAKING OFF DAYS... importance of RESTING... before BSK, i would feel bad if i take days off.. BSK taught me that IT IS OKAY... YOU NEED THE REST TO ALLOW MUSCLE RECOVERY... With so many types of classes, you select and choose the ones that are suitable for you.. For me? i love MMA lessons by Coach Andy, Muay Thai by Coach Merican, Pyramid workout by Coach Aimran, Battle-X by Coach Spidey.... i dont fancy the zumbas and dancings.... so i continue doing workouts that i feel best for me.. Secondly, select the best coach that you feel 'sekufu' with you... i chose Coach Kevin Andrew aka Coach Spidey... i have joined his classes prior BSK and i LOVE HOW COACH SPIDEY HANDLE HIS TEAM... he is not pushy, not patronizing, not over excited suruh buat lebih2... he is very committed to the team, he entertains personal questions and always, ALWAYS give words of encouragement... he always say "it is okaaaaay... you do your best at your own pace"... THANK YOU BSK2.0! Sayang ketat-ketat :)

Firstly, Thank you so much to coach Kevin and all wonderful BSK Coach for every lesson too. I really enjoy throughout these weeks especially the live Zoom session with all coaches. All of you are just super wonderful & amazing. Thanks for this opportunity. Next, thank you coach Maz for inspiring us to keep working hard! Always got motivated by her and her workout is fun and very engaging. I actually enjoying every online workout with her although sometime I look like a robot. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question regarding workout and anything, and also thank you for helping me to correct my postures and techniques too. I am sure that you are busy, and so I greatly appreciate your response . I am extremely thankful for everything that you do & thanks for pushing me to my limits and beyond. I hope that after BSK, I still can stay consistent so that I can successfully achieve my health and fitness goals, permanently.
It's unbelievable that the place I do my work and sleep is also my personal gym. I've never done any outdoor activities throughout BSK2. Everything happened in my bedroom. The e-learning platform is No.1. Besides listening to Kevin everyday, the second best thing is the recorded workout sessions. I didn't have the chance to follow each workout every evening but I like to mix it up. In 1 hour session, 1 can do multiple exercises by playing multiple recorded sessions. 10 min warm-up with coach A, 20 min cardio with coach B, 20 min weight training coach C and end with 10 min colling session with coach D. 5 kg loss maybe not much but I really love the non-scale-achievements that I feel every day. I'm not afraid to gain weight anymore, because it part of my journey to become happier and healthier ('kurus' included). Thank you, coach Kevin, Gaya Lina, Anil, Andy, Izzat, Grace, Spidey, Konea, Nara, and all the coaches in BSK 2.
5kg is an AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING accomplishment. Something you should be super proud of. I am super proud of you Ibrahim. Don't stop here and keep pushing yourself ... one step at a time.
Masa nak daftar, i pun tak tau nak amek Coach mana.. banyak betul pilihan coach kat BSK, so i decided to choose Coach Giha. Being obese, surely macam² sakit.. sakit lutut la, injury kat pergelangan kaki la. But Coach Giha always... always bagi i modification exercise. Jgn lompat², sampai la i dah ok.. and no forcing, dia selalu pesan.. U buat U dapat. Everything is here, tinggal nak buat & Coach Giha will guide. I started this program with my heaviest weight 109.7kg and towards the end of the program, I've already lose 5.8kg. Joining this program juga I dapat kenal a lot of coach yg best² mcm Coach Syanis, Coach Nara, Coach Rini & Dr Lina..giler enjoy masuk kelas diorang ni Tq KZ for always reminding me that this journey "Its YOU againts YOU!".
