Hye BSK2.0! We have classes everydaaaaay and it could either be 1 lesson or 2 lessons in a day. i love how generous BSK2.0 is for their commitment offering these classes as the tenure is 8 weeks including Sat & Sun. There are even additional classes offered by the coaches (which i believe as part of promoting their label as well).. So my overall experience? i have both LOVE and HATE feeling throughout the entire journey.... hehehe.... suspense kan? LOVE : i built my momentum, body was getting used to schedule, type of workouts and i could feel i am getting stronger.. greatest achievement was definitely the 21km which i have never done before! various classes offered ranging from HIIT, MMA, Silat, Zumba, basic physio, motivational talks with national athletes, talks with fitness guru, talks with BSK Coaches themselves (Coach KZ, coach Gaya, Coach Andy), yoga, and the list goes onnnnnnnnnnnnnn.... We even have homeworks yeaaaaa..... logon to your e-learning module and you'll have homeworks to do... so everything is like walking into a 5-star hotel buffet.. choices... you have so many options... HATE : now, here's the demon itself... What happens when you have too many options? You tend to chew more than you can bite... THIS ONE, IS ON ME... i got so excited of joining ALL classes, i did the e-learning workout and then boom! i felt too tired and soreness... i took few days off and started to feel guilty... "alamaaaak, tak senam.... gemuk balik.... tak guna dah..." Reason being? i did not listen carefully to what Coach Andy said in his talk; you must allow yourself to rest 1 or 2 days... So what i did? i listen back to few recording sessions... haaaaa, e-learning allows you to re-watch past classes & lessons.... so when you're feeling (like me), dengar balik nasihat-nasihat pakar.... slowly i train my mind that "it is okaaaaaay to rest.... tapi jangan rest sampai hilang momentum and stop..." Conclusion? Fitness is a journey... and in such program like BSK, you need to LISTEN to the advices... apart from the great workouts and talks, i began to realize the importance of TAKING OFF DAYS... importance of RESTING... before BSK, i would feel bad if i take days off.. BSK taught me that IT IS OKAY... YOU NEED THE REST TO ALLOW MUSCLE RECOVERY... With so many types of classes, you select and choose the ones that are suitable for you.. For me? i love MMA lessons by Coach Andy, Muay Thai by Coach Merican, Pyramid workout by Coach Aimran, Battle-X by Coach Spidey.... i dont fancy the zumbas and dancings.... so i continue doing workouts that i feel best for me.. Secondly, select the best coach that you feel 'sekufu' with you... i chose Coach Kevin Andrew aka Coach Spidey... i have joined his classes prior BSK and i LOVE HOW COACH SPIDEY HANDLE HIS TEAM... he is not pushy, not patronizing, not over excited suruh buat lebih2... he is very committed to the team, he entertains personal questions and always, ALWAYS give words of encouragement... he always say "it is okaaaaay... you do your best at your own pace"... Firstly, Thank you so much to coach Kevin and all wonderful BSK Coach for every lesson too. I really enjoy throughout these weeks especially the live Zoom session with all coaches. All of you are just super wonderful & amazing. Thanks for this opportunity. Next, thank you coach Maz for inspiring us to keep working hard! Always got motivated by her and her workout is fun and very engaging. I actually enjoying every online workout with her although sometime I look like a robot. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question regarding workout and anything, and also thank you for helping me to correct my postures and techniques too. I am sure that you are busy, and so I greatly appreciate your response . I am extremely thankful for everything that you do & thanks for pushing me to my limits and beyond. I hope that after BSK, I still can stay consistent so that I can successfully achieve my health and fitness goals, permanently.
It's unbelievable that the place I do my work and sleep is also my personal gym. I've never done any outdoor activities throughout BSK2. Everything happened in my bedroom. The e-learning platform is No.1. Besides listening to Kevin everyday, the second best thing is the recorded workout sessions. I didn't have the chance to follow each workout every evening but I like to mix it up. In 1 hour session, 1 can do multiple exercises by playing multiple recorded sessions. 10 min warm-up with coach A, 20 min cardio with coach B, 20 min weight training coach C and end with 10 min colling session with coach D. 5 kg loss maybe not much but I really love the non-scale-achievements that I feel every day. I'm not afraid to gain weight anymore, because it part of my journey to become happier and healthier ('kurus' included). Thank you, coach Kevin, Gaya Lina, Anil, Andy, Izzat, Grace, Spidey, Konea, Nara, and all the coaches in BSK 2.

Masa nak daftar, i pun tak tau nak amek Coach mana.. banyak betul pilihan coach kat BSK, so i decided to choose Coach Giha. Being obese, surely macam² sakit.. sakit lutut la, injury kat pergelangan kaki la. But Coach Giha always... always bagi i modification exercise. Jgn lompat², sampai la i dah ok.. and no forcing, dia selalu pesan.. U buat U dapat. Everything is here, tinggal nak buat & Coach Giha will guide. I started this program with my heaviest weight 109.7kg and towards the end of the program, I've already lose 5.8kg. Joining this program juga I dapat kenal a lot of coach yg best² mcm Coach Syanis, Coach Nara, Coach Rini & Dr Lina..giler enjoy masuk kelas diorang ni Tq KZ for always reminding me that this journey "Its YOU againts YOU!".

I was intrigued when I saw a friend share about her BSK 1 experience. Joining BSK 2 was indeed the best decision ever! I learnt so much during the past 8 weeks and was exposed to all sorts of workout and classes on Nutrition, Health , Lifestyle & so much more. With only RM90, you get to access their e-learning platform which is full packed with resources. That's a steal! And of course, their tagline #sukahatikau is what it is! You nak join boleh, tak nak join pun boleh. Pick and choose from the workout menu by various coaches in BSK. It's your call! What's important is that you stay committed to the goal you want to achieve , be consistent, keep on moving and most importantly, be happy! I simply must say that Kevin Zahri really makes learning so much fun too (funny guy, really)! A quick shout out to my amazing coach ,Coach Giha who is such an all rounder (Dance, Full body workouts, Cardio -Tabata HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Step board, Aqua fitness, etc). Such talent not only comes with years of experience as a fitness instructor/trainer but you can tell that she simply has so much passion for her work! It resonates in every workout session we have with her. More importantly, she genuinely cares about each and everyone of us on the team. Not only did I get to try and explore other forms of exercises to see which ones suited me best, I also "met" so many people along the way with all their stories. It was all so humbling and inspiring to say the least. Through all the sharing, we've become more like family because of the way we support each other. Suffice to say, the feelings are genuine , so much love always. I believe I've found my footing now. I have learnt that I can't just stick to 1 thing (yoga) but that I must challenge myself to achieve the optimum fitness level. Insha'Allah I will continue this journey with the right mindset and attitude. Be consistent and stay on track! Oh, lest I forget, I'm back to my usual weight of 48+kg now (was 52kg before BSK). Alhamdulillah...

Secara keseluruhan menyertai JK1M 6&7 dan BSK 1&2 telah merubah gaya hidup saya untuk menjadi lebih sihat dan aktif. Saya suka dgn program KZ kerana kita bebas untuk memilih yang terbaik untuk diri kita sendiri. Ada sedikit kekangan buat diri saya utk BSK 2 kerana sibuk dengan pekerjaan namun bahan kursus, bimbingan coach sya serta semua coach dlm BSK banyak memberi panduan diet, kecergasan, senaman dan kesihatan untuk rujukan yang berterusan. Smga KZ dpt terus memberi kesedaran kepada masyarakat ttg kesihatan dan kecergasan.

Since on the 1st day and week, till the end of BSK, lots of POSITIVE Vibes around me and the team itself... It was very great 8 weeks experience!! I've learned a lot & changed a lots towards healthy lifestyles. All the coaches was very nice & always supports & motivates me. The e-learnings platforms also was very goods. From this program I know how the right & healthy way to loose weight but its not just about KURUS but it's more than that. Its about mindset & the tagline of "SUKA HATI AKU" suits me very well. I enjoyed & very happy through this journey & really hopes to involved again in next seasons. 17102020 Hi family BSK1 ! Hi coach KZ! (teringin nak jumpa since JK6 tapi belum ada rezeki nak jumpa lagi. Maybe sooooooon) Hi coach Izzat! First of all just wanna say Thank you utk semua coach yang telah menjayakan 8 minggu virtual BSK1 ini. A huge and million thanks buat coach saya; COACH IZZAT utk 8 minggu bersama team BSK1. Terima kasih atas ilmu dan nasihat yang telah diberikan. SORAK: ARRROOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! (hehhehe) Result for my BSK1~ SW: 75.2kg CW: 69.5kg TW: 69.0kg Total weight loss: 5.7kg Tak capai TW: -0.5kg But it's OK! (Sedapkan Hati hihihihi) Tujuan UTAMA saya join BSK1 ini adalah untuk pecahkan nombor 7 atas scale. Almost setahun stuck pada nombor 7 and finally, hari ini sy berjaya dptkan no. 6 bila naik atas penimbang. Im so HAPPY!!!!! Talking about inch loss...yes definitely memang ada inch loss. Around 1.5" kurang drp before utk pinggang & punggung! And the best part is, from L size before and now I can wear M size with confidently! (OOhhhh utk jersi dan blouse but still happy!) But I am STILL proud of myself!!!!! Cerita mengenai 8 minggu BUKAN SOAL KURUS (actually its all about nak KURUS! Hahahaha) Ini adalah journey yang paling lama pernah sy join dlm usaha nak drop weight. Macam2 kisah suka duka berlaku sepanjang 8 minggu ni. Naik turun berat is normal but STRESS juga. Yes, hari2 timbang berat. Pagi siang petang malam buta (macam KZ cakap dlm first video. Hahahahahha) Hari2 struggle nak dptkan 10K steps (yes finally sy pernah reach more than 22K steps a day with exercise) Dan akhirnya hari ini kita dh sampai pun ke destinasi yang dituju.... Final day of BSK1. Kisah kejayaan saya menurunkan berat badan telah memberi inspirasi & kesan kpd kwn2 lain (kwn sekerja, kwn FB & kwn IG) Mereka juga turut teruja nak drop berat & living with a healthy life style. Yes! memang seronok melihat kwn2 pun terkesan melihat kejayaan kita wpun tak besar mana tapi sedikit sebyk telah mendtgkan kesedaran kpd yg lain utk hidup lebih sihat. (Happy berganda-ganda) Oklah, lastly, Tahniah family BSK1. Semoga team BSK terus maju di masa hadapan. And if ada rezeki i will join BSK2 in 2021 (hopefully!) Saya yang masih meneruskan perjuangan! When I first joined BSK, I was very enthusiastic and looking forward to an exciting and smooth program. 3 weeks into the program, I had to do a Sinus OP which left me 4 weeks without being able to workout. But I still tried to continue my diet plan. Kadang-kala ke laut jugak I did lose an overall of 3.5kg since the day I started. But yesterday when I did my Day-56 fitness test, I was blown away. I was able to do more than I did during the Day-1 fitness test. And I felt soooo much stronger. Masa D1, to get off the floor, I had to hold on to my bed for balance. And now, I don't. I just got off the floor on my own. I didn't know that I could feel this. I feel amazing and it has boosted my motivation even more. Also my waist-hip ratio went from 0.96 to 0.82 I am still in shock. All I can say is a big fat THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for the encouragement from Coach KZ, Coach Gaya and my team Coach Nizam.
